What does Trois Mec mean?
Trois Mec means "three guys." It's French slang for three friends. Three homies. Yes, we know we spelled it wrong. We did it on purpose.

How far in advance can I purchase a dining ticket?
Two weeks in advance. Tickets for the following two weeks are released every other Friday morning at 8:00AM PDT. You must be a registered user to purchase a ticket.

Ticket system log-out times:
Please be aware that, once you have entered the system to purchase a ticket, you will have 11 minutes to complete the transaction. Even if you are on the final pay screen at the 11 minute point, the system will time out, and your purchase will not be completed. Please keep an eye on the timer clock on the screen when completing your purchase.

How much does a ticket to Trois Mec cost?
The price will vary based on the menu for each ticket release period. Currently, the menu ticket price is $75 per person. The menu price is subject to service charge and tax at the time of purchase.

What days are you open?
We are open Monday-Friday for dinner service.

Why do you use tickets instead of reservations?
Trois Mec is a small space, and we want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Ticketing allows us to anticipate who is coming in and to give guests an all-encompassing experience at the best price possible.

What does my ticket include?
When you purchase a ticket to Trois Mec, it covers your entire meal including water. It does not include alcoholic beverages, non alcoholic beverages, coffee or tea.

Why is a service charge added?
Service is an integral part of your meal and, since you will not receive a bill for your meal during the dining experience, we are adding an 18% service charge at the time of purchase.

Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I exchange my ticket my ticket for a different night?
No. Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final. We cannot cancel your ticket or reschedule it for another night. If you cannot come, we recommend that you transfer your tickets to someone else.

Can I give my ticket away or sell it?
Yes. The ticket is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the ticket through the restaurant's official website. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We cannot accept responsibility for forgeries or misrepresentations.

How do I transfer my ticket?
You may transfer your ticket through our website. Log-in to your account page and then click the "Transfer Ticket" button underneath the list of your purchased tickets. Select the ticket you would like to transfer from the list of your purchased tickets and then follow the instructions. Please note that for our system to register the transfer, the new ticket-holder must also have a Trois Mec account.

What is on the menu?
The menu will vary. We find and source the best ingredients possible to serve one nightly 5-course menu.

Will you accommodate allergies?
If you have a specific and serious allergy, please email info@troismec.com 48 hours prior to your reservation date. We cannot accommodate all allergies, but if there is anything we can do it is better for us to know before you arrive for dinner. Given the severity of risk in modifying a dish that may have an allergic component we are often unable to modify the menu for allergies or dietary restrictions. If we are able to, we will substitute a dish that is safe for your to consume.

Will you accommodate vegetarians?
Yes, we will be able to accommodate vegetarians. No other dietary restrictions or allergies can be accommodated at this time. We cannot accommodate vegans.

Do you allow corkage?
No, we do not allow guests to bring in their own wine. We have taken great care to create a wine list that compliments and enhances your dining experience at Trois Mec. In addition, a beverage pairing, featured glass pour, and beer options will be available nightly.

Do you take walk ins?
No. Given the small size of Trois Mec, we will not be able to reserve any tables for walk-ins.

May I increase the size of my party?
If you have booked a table for 4, your table may be able to accommodate 5 or 6, depending on the number of other guests in the restaurant that evening. If you are interested in increasing your table size, please email us at info@troismec.com and we will let you know if there is space to increase your party size. Payment for any party size increase will be processed in advance.

Will my dinner be affected if I am late for my reservation?
It is our intent for all of our guests experience the full menu and dining experience we have taken so much care to create. If you (or a dining partner) are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to start service before your whole party arrives. In addition, please be aware that a late-starting dinner will, by necessity, move at a faster pace.

Please keep in mind that we do a full second seating each night and, if your stated dining time is before 7:00pm, your table has been ticketed for the second seating, and we must respect those ticket times. If you are late, please email info@troismec.com.

Can I take photos in the restaurant?
Yes. While we do allow patrons to take photographs, we DO NOT allow flash photography so as to preserve the intimacy of the space for all of our guests. We ask that you please keep cell phones and cameras off your table and the kitchen counter during your meal.

Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code. Come as you are.

Where do I park?
There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant, and you may park in any available space. In addition, if your reservation is after 7:00PM, there is usually ample street parking available on Highland Ave.

Is Trois Mec available for private parties?
Yes, if you are interested in buying out the restaurant for the evening, please email info@troismec.com.
